2. User Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Our platform offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan: • You agree to pay the specified fees for the selected billing period. • Payments are processed through the payment methods available on our platform. • Subscription renewals are subject to the terms of your selected plan. • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including but not limited to learning materials, questions, vocabulary data, audio files, images, and software, is the intellectual property of the platform operator or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. • That learning content is free from errors or omissions. • Specific learning outcomes, exam results, or job placement. • Compatibility with all devices or browsers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe: • Violates these Terms of Service. • Is harmful to other users or the platform. • Involves fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Any data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Japan.
